Head Coach - Brandon Converse
Brandon has been a part of the EGR coaching staff since 1998.  He assumed the head coaching duties in the summer of 1999 and has coached every level of swimmer in the club.  Currently Brandon coaches the Senior and Gold levels and oversees all aspects of the swim club. 
Brandon is a level 3 ASCA coach and has coached several team record holders, State champions, Zone and Sectional qualifiers.

Butch Briggs - Senior assistant
Butch is the long time varsity coach for the EGR Swim programs.  He will be working with Senior during the spring and summer. 

Lynne Bart - Pre-comp, Blue and Bronze
Lynne is a new addition to our staff this summer but has been a part of the Waves over the past several years as a parent, board member and volunteer coordinator.  She will be overseeing all of the groups at Wealthy pool.

Emily Roberts - Pre-comp, Blue and Bronze assistant
Emily is also a student-athlete from Calvin College with several years of coaching experience with the Waves.  She will be coaching the MAC Bronze group.

Becca VandenBerge -  Gold assistant
Becca is new to the club as a coach but is a former Waves swimmer.  She is a student at Calvin and will be assisting with Silver and Gold.

Jean Buteyn - Silver assistant
Jean is new to our club this summer but is not new to swimming.  She grew up swimming club and high school in Minnesota.  She also swam for Calvin College and assisted with the Grand Rapids Christian Girls Swim program.  She will be assisting with Silver this spring and summer.
