Head Coach - Brandon Converse
Brandon has been a part of the EGR coaching staff since 1998. He assumed the head coaching duties in the summer of 1999 and has coached every level of swimmer in the club. Currently Brandon coaches the Senior level and oversees all aspects of the swim club.
Brandon is a level 3 ASCA coach and has coached several team record holders, State champions, Zone and Sectional qualifiers.

Andy has been a coach with the Waves for the past 5 years. He was a former club and collegiate level swimmer (Kalamazoo College). Andy oversees both Silver and Gold groups.

Lynne Bart - Pre-comp, Blue and Bronze
Lynne is a new addition to our staff this summer but has been a part of the Waves over the past several years as a parent, board member and volunteer coordinator. She will be overseeing all of the groups at Wealthy pool.

Kathy and Kelly Swieter - Silver coaches
We are pleased to introduce two new coaches to our roster, Kathy and Kelly Swieter. They may be new coaches to our club but they are not new to the swimming community. Both have experience with local clubs and programs.

Kelley Barr - assistant
Kelley has been coaching with the Waves for the past several years and is currently a student-athlete at Calvin College. She will assist with Silver and Gold and some of the other younger groups on Fridays.

Emily is also a student-athlete from Calvin College with several years of coaching experience with the Waves. She will be coaching the MAC Bronze group.

Sarah is a new addition to our club this fall and is a student at GVSU. She has experience coaching middle school but will be working primarily at Wealthy pool M&W.
