Masters Swimming

EGRA Masters Swimming
Welcome to EGRA Masters Swimming! We are a local Grand Rapids Area Master’s team that practices weekly at East Grand Rapids High School Pool to develop, train, and improve stroke technique and abilities in all four competitive strokes.
We offer coached training to all 18+ competitive and recreational swimmers, triathletes, and swimming enthusiasts with additional optional opportunities to participate in US Masters Meets. Our group size ranges from 35-50 swimmers per season, and we have swimmers competing locally at triathlons, open water races, and USMS Meets ranging from local, to State and Nationals! Whether you are just looking for a good workout, or you are interested in improving your efficiency for an upcoming triathlon or open water race, come try us out!
Visitors/Drop-Ins:
Visitors and drop-ins are welcome if we have space in our current season. Please email Coach Josh Dolecki if you are interested in dropping in on a certain date or week. Visitors should be familiar with swimming/USMS and be able to swim a 500 continuous to be able to drop in. Drop-ins cost $10/practice.
Free 3-Practice Try Out Period:
Try out a practice before you sign up for the next session! There are no costs to try-outs, and you can try up to three practices for free (provided that we have space in the current session). Please email Coach Josh Dolecki if you'd like to try out our practices.
Waitlist:
We generally run a waitlist for each season due to demand!
If you are unable to register for our current season, please email
Coach Josh Dolecki and asked to be placed on our waitlist. Swimmers will be periodically added throughout the season based on current lane space and average attendance.
