Registration & Evaluations

Getting Started with EGRA Waves

New families are welcome at EGRA Waves. Our evaluation and registration process helps ensure swimmers are placed in the program that best matches their age, experience, and skill level.

Evaluations

Swimmer evaluations are used to determine the most appropriate program placement. During an evaluation, coaches assess basic swimming skills, comfort in the water, and overall readiness for structured training.

Not all swimmers require an evaluation. Some programs may allow direct registration, while others may recommend an assessment before placement.

Readiness Guidelines

Swimmers entering EGRA Waves should be comfortable in the water and able to follow instructions in a group setting. Readiness expectations may vary by program and age level. Our coaching staff works with families to help identify the best starting point for each swimmer.

Registration Process

Once a swimmer has been placed into the appropriate program, families can complete registration online. Program availability, schedules, and fees are available during the registration process.
